Sales Tax
Local taxes will be added to orders sent to Georgia.
Purchasing/Shipping
An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by e-mail. We also aim to dispatch
all orders within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address
verification and availability of items. Please note that you must supply us
with your valid email address in your order to receive your electronic order
confirmation.
Lena Larose Online Store DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We will contact you by
email or phone if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing
until the following business week. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.
For overnight or express shipping, please call us at (678) 957-9336 during
regular business hours and we will do our best to arrange shipping. We offer
UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air for orders placed over the phone.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase from www.lenalarose.com, we will gladly accept
it for return or exchange, but the item MUST be postmarked within ten (10) days
of the original shipping date. NO ACCEPTIONS MADE. Sale merchandise, Lingere,
and Jewelry are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return an item:
- Email us with the reason for return at CustomerService@lenalarose.com to
receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please be aware that the issuance
of an RA# does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted for return
or that the charge for the merchandise will automatically be credited back
to your credit card. You will be notified of acceptance once the merchandise
has been returned and inspected by Lena la Rose.
- Please print out the email containing the RA# and include that with your
full name, address, phone number, email address.
- Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and
must be received by Lena la Rose within seven days of receipt of RA#. Merchandise
must be sent to the following address:

Lena Larose recommends shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel
post for tracking purposes. Lena Larose does not take any responsibility for
reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost,
stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Lena Larose cannot accept any
packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
*Please note that RA# must be legibly written on the outside of the return
package for identification. Returned merchandise will not be processed nor
will any refunds be made without an RA#.
- Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, Lena la Rose will send you an
email regarding the status of your return. We will process your return request
within five business days following receipt of the package.
- If your return request is approved, unless a gift certificate or exchange
is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment.
Only the value of the merchandise and sales tax, minus any discounts, if any,
will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges and import duties are not
refundable.
Gift Wrap
For an additional charge of $3, Lena la Rose will gift wrap your purchase prior
to shipping.
Privacy Policy
Lena Larose respects the privacy of its customers and takes the security of
your personal information very seriously. Lena Larose does not disclose any
of your personal information that you provide either during registration or
in your profile. All of our customers' profile information is stored on a restricted
database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping
your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside
of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. At
any point our customers can access their account information, and have the opportunity
to correct, update, or modify this information. If you have any questions about

representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability,
damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen
defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger
than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size

of our merchandise as accurately as possible on the pages of our website. However,
that color may vary depending upon the settings and monitor on your own computer.
Therefore, Lena Larose cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the clothing
